My Pregnancy Strength Training Routine

This is one of the workouts I do 4-5 times a week. I hope this video is helpful and inspires you to get healthy and be active.  Please excuse my awkwardness in this video. I now see what I look like working out at 6 months pregnant  lol. Feel free to follow along with me. You don't have to be pregnant to benefit from this workout! Have a Happy Monday!
