Working out: Day 1

 All through out elementary school and high school I was very physically fit. I ran track, gymnastics, volley ball , and did boxing! It was not until I got into college that I had to learn how to workout since I am not involved in any sport. I will be working out 4-7 days a week. I want to lose about 20 pounds but I am not as concerned about losing weight than I am with losing inches. My goal is to be healthy!

  2. Thanks Kendra! I feel like I have a work out buddy ha ha ha at least one for moral support =)! I too waited until my finals were over. Finals week is no joke lol! Kick those finals in the rear so we can kick these workouts in the rear!!! =)
