Protecting My Ends!!

The weather is finally getting chilly here Burrrr... so I am going to start keeping the ends of my hair tucked away so they are protected from the elements. I really want to make sure that I am retaining as much length as possible so I decided to keep the ends of my hair tucked away until  Dec 10, 2013. Hopefully I will be able to retain lots of length =). I am not certain if my hair grows the average of 6 inches a year but however  much it grows I will praise God for it! No, I will not neglect my hair until next year ha ha =).
Here is my plan:
1. I will choose styles that are protective and requires very low manipulation
2. I will make sure that my hair stay clean, moisturized and free of shed hair that causes tangles and knots
3. I will continue to get rid of tangles using the most gentle tool I possess, my fingers =)

I have learned that these elements are important to retaining length for my hair. I will keep you posted on the styles I try out through out this year. Please keep me in your prayers ladies! I am really looking forward to having longer hair. =)
